Small office but helpful. Busy mail times can be slow but usually good service.
I go there often. Great service and friendly staff.
The (senior ?) postmaster was less than pleasant and was downright nasty and snappy at me. Asked her a simple question in a pleasant way and she just 'flew off the handle' at me. The others that work at the front desk are nice and friendly so maybe this one lady that was so nasty to me might have been having a bad day but that is (never) any way to talk to customers and she needs to seriously think about either 'changing her tune' or she should simply quit and find something else. This normally gives any business a black eye to talk to their clientelle like that because word gets around and that's (never) ever good for their reputation.
Small lokal postoffice
I've been unfortunate to pick days where the counter staff here have been very surly. And give the impression they would treat you less than favorably if you mentioned their indifference. I therefore swallowed my pride each time and took it like a man. After all this is where the the expression "Going Postal" originates. Not here at Floral City obviously, they are not that crazy. I hope my next visit will be more amenable, and I'm sure it will.
